VALERIE FOLSOM

Valerie has successfully represented clients in a wide range of areas including product liability, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation. She has represented many Fortune 500 companies in high stakes litigation in Texas state and federal courts and across the nation. Valerie’s litigation experience includes the resolution of complex discovery disputes, motion practice, expert witness work, settlement negotiations, depositions, and trial preparation.

Valerie graduated from South Texas College of Law cum laude where she was a Note and Comment Editor for Law Review and a member of the honor fraternity Phi Delta Phi. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

In addition to the above, Valerie is currently an active member of the Junior League of Houston. In her spare time, Valerie plays in a doubles tennis league, is a Girl Scout troop leader, and serves on the P.L.U.S. board at St. Michael Catholic School.
